What our staff say...

Nicola Martin

I remember being as young as 9 when my Mum's friend had twin girls and I was besotted with them. My Mum says that even at that age she knew that I'd work with children. I babysat for so many families in my teens and took all my spare time caring for children.

I now work at Quorn Hall School as a teaching assistant after my interest grew in children's mental health. I love my job and learn something new every day. My colleagues are all supportive and look out for each other, I was made welcome straight away. If I can at least make the young people I work with feel safe and cared for then that would be great.
