Welcome to Quorn Hall School

A specialist therapeutic school for children and young people with autism and social, emotional and mental health needs (ASC and SEMH).

Quorn Hall School is an independent specialist day school which welcomes boys and girls aged between 6 and 17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

Many of the pupils at Quorn Hall School have additional special educational needs and diagnoses such as Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

All pupils that attend Quorn Hall School have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) stipulating the educational needs and provision of the young person.

A friendly and welcoming school, Quorn Hall School is based in historic Quorn Hall. It offers pupils individually tailored programmes of study, relevant to their age, interests and needs and pupils make outstanding progress from mostly below average starting points.

“(has) a culture in which pupils with a variety of mixed, and often negative, previous experiences of education feel welcome and safe…” Ofsted, 2019

Staff create an environment in which pupils are encouraged and trusted to achieve, and they approach the curriculum imaginatively and creatively, enabling pupils to enjoy learning and achieve success.

“Pupils make excellent progress in their personal development. They develop resilience, perseverance and a desire to succeed.” Ofsted, 2019
